  Pipe Freezing

UTS Ltd offers a cost effective method of carrying out pipe maintenance or line modification without shutdown of plant process. The process involves the use of liquid nitrogen and solid freeze plugs, and minimises draindown, refill and system downtime. The procedure can often be instigated without any system downtime whatsoever, which minimises the loss of expensive process fluids.
