‘Innovalve’ is an under pressure valve system which can be installed at any part on the pipeline whilst the line is under pressure, and performs as a water control device with an effective shut off of the water flow.
The unique properties of this equipment enable installation in its full open state, and allow for closing of the valve at any time.
The system is available in sizes from 75mm up to 600mm and can be installed with no interruption to services. The process is suitable for cast iron, ductile iron, steel and PVC pipes.
‘Innovalve’ consists of a split tee, a rubber faced gate and a bonnet which stores a spindle for vertically moving the wedge. The gate is inserted into a cut hole made in the pipe by under pressure drilling.
